Purge FAX Server Cache

I am having issues with my backups progressively getting larger and larger. The issue is that the server is keeping a copy of the faxes after it emails them. I am currenlty having to go into multiple high volume servers and manually clean them up about one per week. Is there any way to automatically clean this up or set it to where it only retains them for one week etc?

Can you please navigate to Advanced / Fax server and check if you have a "CleanUp" button there?

I know that you can manually go push the button but the issue that I am having is that I have to clear several gigs once a week or so. Is there an automated way to keep this cleaned up ?
