Dear all,

I have installed the iOS app on my mobile and the web client (Google Chrome App) on my computer at the office and enabled push notifications. Now, while in the office, I want to disable only the push notifications on my mobile iOS app. However, when I disable "Accept Push Notifications" in the Forwarding Rules it also disables the notifications on the web client / desktop app. This is not ideal, because when working at the office I want to be noticed with push notifications directly on my computer about new chats and incoming calls. Is there a way to configure it like that?

Thank you for your support in advance.

BR,
Marc

Hello there,

Disabling PUSH in the forwarding rules applies to the extension and not the device. To achieve this you would need to disable the account in your mobile app from Settings > Accounts > Tap on the checked box on the left of the extension to disable.

Thanks for your quick reply. Much appreciated. Now I can see the (very small) checkmark which can be toggled to enable/disable the account. That solves it perfectly. But just as a suggestion: the checkmark circle may be designed a little bit more prominent / bigger :)

Thanks again and have a great day,
Marc
