push service dont work for call from local trunk with UCM6204

I was make a trunk between 3cx ip PBX and UCM6204 and set Outbound Routes
when one extension in UCM call extension in 3cx and 3cx soft phone is open on iOS call will deliver
but when app is closed call wont deliver and push service dont work

I dont have problem when two ext of 3cx call together and push is ok and call will deliver even phone is locked
but when one ext of UCM call 3cx one push dont work and my phone dosnt ring when app is closed or phone is locked
my phone ringing for call from UCM extension only when 3cx app is open

And does the physical extension ring when it is a call from the UCM? Have you compared 3CX Activity logs for a call that works, and one that doesn't?

yes physical extension ring when it is a call from the UCM but caller ID dont show and its Unknown
how can I realize my problem from activity logs

Caller ID may be another issue altogether, does it show on the calls that do ring though correctly?
. As I said, place a call that works, and one that doesn't , then go down through the logs side by side looking for any differences. If a call is ringing the set, then I can't fathom a reasoin that there is no PUSH message being sent, if there is, for calls from different originations.
