Solved Push to android not working

Hi,

on the RC v16 but push isn't working.

even with the app open nothing, this was working,
notification e.g missed call work but the app dont ring.?

Did you do an upgrade, in which case have you tried to reprovision the device, by the config file or qr code ?

Hi, i have tried the resend email and that didn't do anything.

i uninstalled, reinstalled and scanned the QR, registered but not pushing.

should the android client show up under phones?

so yes id does if the app is opened, should it be there all the time?

Can you make outgoing calls from the device.

Have you tried on a wifi and mobile connection , to see if this makes any difference.

i have tried all possibilities, i dont have a outbound call plan as i use it for local inbound only.

If the app is open and registered it will show under Phones. When you close the app and it is waiting for Push the device should not be visible under Phones but the extension should remain registered.

Try to upgrade to the V16 release version and see if that works. If it does not then try to create a new google firebase project. https://www.3cx.com/docs/
Once you do re-provision your device either via a welcome email or the QR code and see if that works for you.

i recreated the Firebase, seems to have done the trick
