Hello ,

i have created a few virtual users , because a Queu extension won't show up in the address book.

The flow is Virtual extensions -> FWD to Que -> Que members

But now my virtual user is unregistred , and look not so nice like a registred user.

How can i put the status registred to the virtual users ??

Hi @Helmut W.,

When you want to forward calls to the Queue, you can search the Queue's name or number from the Dailers. Is there a reason you need the virtual extensions other than to forward calls to the queue?

hello

i thought if the were registred , they come also to the front of the dashboard

i don't see the Queu into the dialer

Hi @Helmut W.,

The only way I can think to achieve this, if that is what you want, is to give each one a false mobile number that will always fail, then enable 'Ring my mobile simultaneously' from the Forwarding Rules of the extension, this will keep the extensions registered. Each extension will also need an exception (bottom of the Forwarding Rules page), and choose numbers "Calls From Caller ID" as * and forward them to your Queue associated with that specific extension.

Alright , this is the workaround

Now it works

Glad that works for you @Helmut W.! If you need anything else, feel free to open a new thread!
