Bit of a strange one as a system owner (the only one) today my PWA keeps showing notifications for call ques and ended calls for a que I'm not in, nothing has changed on the system and not one else has admin access no changes have been made to the system apart from the odd extension update.

I'm at bit of a loss on where to go and look.
I'm not the manager in the Que for BigBuy Admin or a Supervisor, I'm in a BWYC Que as a Supervisor to see issue and I do get the same notifications i never did before, but I'm not in the Que to take calls.

Has any one come across an issue where notifications are crossing departments to non Que users?

Just happened after post, But I'm not ion that Que.

Hello,

What version are you using? Any chance a user impersonation left some cookies in place and a Ctr-F5 might be the solution?

the CTR-F5 did not work had to delete cookies in the end to fix.

Hi,

Good that it was fixed - for curiosity and completeness, was it a login from browser as another user, an impersonation, or some other way you ended up with wrong cookies?

Hi Sure, So I only use the PWA app so it must have been when i did impersonate a user i did not stop impersonating them when i left the computer and the PWA app was cut off from the server due to the pc going to sleep.

May be worth having a 30 min or 1 hour cut off period while impersonating a user in the cookie.

And it did not show at the top that it was still impersonating? I tried to replicate by just closing down PWA while impersonating, and the banner was there for me. Good to know that there is such a possibility.

No, it did not show at the top like it normally would do.

When you tested it did you let the pc go to power save mode and leave the app open?

Well, I've got mine to never sleep... I'll see if we can replicate at some point.
