PWA APP - Notification Pop-up not working

I'm getting this issue after switched from Desktop app to PWA. On some PCs the pop up notification does not appear when receiving a call.
I've tried everything but, also followed the guide here https://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/pwa-push-notifications/ but nothing seems to work out.

Did anyone else get the same issue? Any suggestion on how to solve it?

On the computers where notifications are not seen, is either browser that the PWA has been integrated with, Chrome or Edge, open at the time of the call? Or at least running in the background?

If so, check the computers notification settings and ensure PWA is allowed to notify.

yes the browser is open at the time of the call and also the app is running and minimized cause we can hear it ringing.

It is enabled, I've tried disabling it and re-enabling but nothing...

Same problem, many PCs do not receive notifications, even though we have followed the guide step by step. Do PWAs use the same ports as DesktoApps at the network level? PWA clients, unlike the DesktopApp, must be able to be reached on the port used by the Microsoft push service, port 443?
