PWA Edge stopped working

Rebooted machine, we got prompted to install pwa but was already installed, install does not work, and app will not open tried to remove so we can reinstall.
Are there manual instructions to remove completely came across a few registries from previous post but still unable to install... Ver 20 U7

If you are running Windows, you can remove apps from the Settings (press the Windows key, then type 'apps' and press Enter). Navigate to Installed Apps, find the PWA, click the three dots, then uninstall.

After that, ensure that Edge is up to date, access the webclient, and re-install the PWA.

@Charles_3CX did that and removed registry before we posted and still unable to reinstall...Install windows pops up but nothing happens...

If you find some other website with PWA, does that install? Like whatsapp etc. And if you haven't done yet, restart PC in case something is just stuck.

After two reboots its back not sure how it survived registry key deletion... truly mystical
