Pwa Notification not answer

When the call comes, the popup appears and when I click on the answer button nothing happens, what could it be?

Hi, We are having the same problem. It appears to have started yesterday. The call is able to be answered in the web client itself, and with the mic lowering on the headset. We are using chrome pwa, Hopefully we can get an answer.

I have found in testing that if you uninstall the chrome pwa you can answer the call using the toast notification. Using the pwa doesnt switch to the app. I have found the following blocked in the dev tools of chrome, unsure if its related or not.

We have had a response from 3cx via our partner.

We have received confirmation, and it appears to be an issue with the latest version of Chrome.

In the past week, Chrome released a number of updates, and one of them seems to have caused this issue.



It's worth noting that we observe similar behaviour with other PWA apps (not 3CX) in Chrome, such as Google Chats.

Additionally, we do not encounter the same issue with PWAs on Edge Chromium

@MartinaP We appear to have it fixed in the latest version of chrome. Updated this morning to Version 122.0.6261.112 (Official Build) (64-bit) of chrome and the pwa answering is now working again.

@MartinaP please update to the latest Chrome version 122.0.6261.112 as also mentioned by ABGSuppot and the pwa notification should work again.
