PWA returns to default settings after computer restarts.

This is happening on multiple computers. When the computer is restarted and even sometimes just logging out of the app causes this. Jabra headset settings are lost, changes from dark to light theme, etc.

Thoughts?

This impacts web meetings too. The headset integration going away is the biggest complain around this we keep getting. Is there any work around for this or is there a fix coming?

Does this happen for all machine?
Are you in a active directory?

Yes all machines/across different instances. Mostly Windows 10. Some customers use AD others do not. It happens to me also. I have a Jabra integration and use dark mode. It reverts out of dark mode and I need to select Jabra again. Other customers have different headsets but also lose the settings. Thanks

Is there any update on this issue?
It's also effecting our AD environment too. We're using a GPO to deploy the 3CX PWA via "Configure the list of force-installed web apps" in User policy -> Admin templates -> Edge and wondering if the settings are being cleared if Edge is force re-installing the app each time.
Thus there could be a functional disconnect between smooth deployment and PWA persistence?
