Q: 3cx latest, web client, "Contacts" - "Company" - is empty ?

Hi, small weird question. I am trying to help debug an issue at client site.
They are running latest 3cx on debian (3cx ver 16.0.9)

smartphone 3cx app - successfully gets a 'company dirctory' of all configured extensions/names of people etc
on the web client I would ?expect? this to work the same way
instead what I've got is - nothing - just blank for 'all contacts/ company / personal' are three categories in web client

tested in chrome and safari on mac client and also on edge-chrome-based on win10 client and - same basic pattern

just wondering if there is some reason the web client appears to get different view on 'company directory' than the 3cx smartphone app ?

Hey @fortech

The 3CX Mobile apps will show every created extension as a contact, whereas the 3CX Webclient will not. That said, if you have not actually created contacts in the Management Console >> Advanced >> Contacts section, nor have you created personal contacts for that extension, then it is expected to not have any entries in the Webclient Contacts section. Do you not have any Company or Personal contact entries?
