Q
1. We have the following devices and want to know if they are compatible with 3CX: Cisco 3905, 7861,ATA191, 7821, 8845, 8875, 7811, and 6901.
2. Phone models: we have the following devices and want to know if we are compatible with 3CX: Cisco 3905, 7861, ATA191, 7821, 8845, 8875, 7811, and 6901.
3. Codecs & provisioning: What codecs does 3CX support on these Cisco models, and is seamless provisioning/integration available?
4. Video-capable phones: For models with video (e.g., 8845, 8875), does 3CX fully support video functionality?
5. Network latency: we require a maximum round-trip latency of 10–15ms to prevent call quality issues—can 3CX meet this?
6. Redundancy: Can you suggest an auto-failover solution within the 3CX ecosystem?
7. Quality issues: They've experienced jitter/drop problems with Cisco IP—can you advise on mitigating this when used with 3CX?
8. we are asking for redundancy, in case of failure in one site, the system will run automatically from the other site, OR the Primary and Secondary backup.
