QR code not showing in MS Outlook

Hi all, for some reason, the QR code in the welcome email never comes through with either full-blown Outlook client or outlook.com. The "get started.pdf" and the .3cxconfig files come through. My coworker has yahoo email and the QR code shows up there. No settings I've changed for junk or safe senders have helped. Has anyone else seen this?
