Solved Query on Call Queue

Hi ,

I am using 3CX Professional 48CC. I have setup a Call Queue.

I would like to know if there are calls being queued up in the Call Queue, does the call take up the concurrent call ?

Yes, any call waiting in a queue takes one SC.
