Query to upgrade V18

Hi team



Full Backup contains nearly 600GB as we have huge amount of Recording files i.e nearly 550GB

What you advice on this scenario, How can we upgrade v18 with our Full Backup Configuration?

Which will take huge time to restore, How can we minimize this downtime on this scenario?

Can we rename Recording Folder to Recording_1 then uninstall and re-install and can again provide same
folder path will work?

In theory, you can change the recording path name to anything you want, for a backup, as long as, in the end, 3CX sees the recordings, in the path it expects them to be in. I'm sure that others have had some experience with this and will respond
Bear in mind that there is no such thing as too many back-ups, and it is always good, to make one, to an "external" device.

hi guys, how do I change permissions of the recordings folder owner to phonesystem? I transferred the old recordings from the old server using sftp and the folder permissions shows owner as root. I think this is why no recordings to all old extensions except the newly created extensions which has owner set to phonesystem. Recordings logs shows all the recordings correctly, but I can't download the recordings on all the extensions except the new ones.
I'm not a *nix* person so need help to change the file/folder permissions to owner phonesystem.
