Question about BLF on Yealink T48G

I get that the first one is my own name, but why has it automatically put my name on the next two BLFS and why/what are they doing/for?

that is your "line". you do not need multiple line buttons per-se - but some people like to see it there and know they can tap it for a new call.
they are not BLF's.
also, i think if you do a 3 way conference from the phone they are required. (not using 3cx conference service)
