Question about custom template for Yealink phone

Maybe there is a better way or a easy way to do this. We are using the default template for the yealink phone T48s. I guess my question is I wanted to add in a bunch of BLF in there and change some feature. So when I provision a phone it'll have all those setting with it.

How do I accomplish this? If i do seutp a custome template does that mean I cannot upgrade to the latest firmware within the 3cx update?

BLF keys you set within the BLF tab for the extension.

If you create custom templates , you can upgrade firmware , 3cx templates but in order to get any templates updates you will have to recreate your custom template

FYI - custom templates are not supported by 3CX so any issues with the phone you will not get any help
