Hey all,

I am wondering about 3cx behaviour when it comes to ringing times when calls are being tranferred internally from queue, to person, to other person etc.

First a bit of an example:
For example a call comes into a queue (lets call it Q1) and Q1 is set to ring for 30s per user.
One of the members of Q1 is John. John has forwarding set if he doesn't answer in 20s that its forwarded to Jane.
Jane also has forwarding set if she doesn't answer in 20s its forwarded to a GSM number.
(Keep in mind this example isn't meant to be realistic :) )

My question:
Does the 30s ring time of Q1 interrupt Janes ringing time?

Here is a (really simple) graph to maybe help illustrate what I mean:

Thanks all

User/Extension level ring times and forwards do not apply to queue calls.

So the extension level ring times only apply if:
1. it is dialed from inside by another extension
2. if it is dialed through a DID directly
3. If a call is explicitly transfered

Any other use case?

All calls that are not via queue will be the simplest way to think about it. You can always try it out to get a better sense of it via hands on.
