I recently found some issues with Inbound rules. While changing from IVR to CFD, from MC I changed the inbound rule to the CFD extension. This had no affect as for now CFD is not available in the Webclient. I tried several different ways to make the change and nothing worked, Until I made the change at the SIP Trunk setting. Before the Inbound rules in the MC would override and it would work. I guess my question is what will be the correct way to make the change? I have also noticed that on another system the Webclient setting was overriding the MC inbound rule.

Hi @SnakeRiverWebDevelopment

What PBX version are you using?
I just tried the same and it works for me. I assigned a DID to an IVR from the Webclient. This created an inbound rule in the MC.
Then from the MC I switched the inbound rule to the CFD app. This deleted the DID from the IVR in the Webclient and when I called the number the call went to the CFD.
I am on version 18.0.8.935

Both systems are 18.0 (Build 917)

as you can see 2 different settings, but the SIP setting works.

I have a question that would fall under this thread but a different issue. Specifically related to the update 8 changes.

Pre-update 8 we could dial the VM access number, press # when prompted for the PIN and then be asked for a mailbox number to access another mailbox. However this has stopped working. Now when you press # after accessing voicemail it immediately says "Invalid PIN".

Is this a security "Feature" or is there a way to enable remote access to a mailbox? This is the only way some of our customer access more than one mailbox from a single phone as distribution isn't an option and VM to Email can only go to one address.

I called support and I have an update. The issue is due to using Multi Company Mode. This wasn't an issue on update 7, but for some reason on update 8 it seems to be. It's been reported to the R&D team.

I tried also including the 999 extension in each group to see if that was it, but it was not unfortunately. Enabling outgoing calls from Voicemail also had no change.
