Hello,
My question is related to Outbound rules.
If I have 2 seperate routes for the same dial patern (route1 via 1 carrier, route2 via carrier 2). how would the call route using the second carrier? Is there specific SIP messages that the 3CX needs to receive before it sends the call to the second route?
The reason I need this info is to test failure scenarios, but first I need to know in what failure scenario (SIP Messages) will the 3CX use the next available route so to test proper failover of routes.
Also, is there a log file I can look at to see what/how the 3CX is making the inbound and outbound routing descision?
