Question on Call by Name

In Digital receptionist, I have configured the call by name option. Option works well for names present in system....but if caller enters wrong name and want to contact operator....I do not find option to send caller back to main menu or to operator. Please let me know how to configure it.

The operator code should be just "0"

option 0 does not work inside call by name. Even tired * and #. Nothing works.
