I have a question to ask.
Usually we setup the 3CX in an appliance in our Office before we deploy to the client site, so to be more efficient.

However, now I notice that 3CX will automatically bind the FQDN we choose for our customer to the Public IP address during installation... which is the public IP of our office.
How can we change this IP to the customer's IP address?

Of course we can change it in the network settings of the Admin Console, but what about the DNS changes on the 3CX side? Is it automatic or do we need to do something?

Example during install: customerx.3cx.red -> 216.101.12.36
After we take to the customer location their Public IP is 198.216.16.22

How to make customerx.3cx.red point to 198.216.16.22?

Thank you for your assistance in clarifying this matter.

If you're using a 3CX FQDN, a Pro license has a 6 hour TTL, an Enterprise license 5 minutes.

IIRC from other posts, if it isn't updating, one can set the IP to Dynamic Public IP, restart services, wait a bit, then back to Static and restart again.
