Questions about stun server

I have a stun server Vovida.org runing on the server where the 3cx is running, when you try to use a external extension like the ipaq510 from some external conections the phone register but from some other it´s impossible to do it. But in the external connections where you get the registration you get no audio. When you have a device that is reaching the 3cx from the outside the port on it should be the 5060 or the one of the stun server? What will be a solution for my problem?

5060 is the right port, or whatever you have set on 3cx has SIP port....
About the no audio thing, try to bind to media server, that or you will have to open alot of ports on firewall to allow(asusming you have a firewall) RTP Traffic to go through...
