I have some questions after starting to use the 3cx softphone with the 3cx phone system
1. I noticed that the softphone will go straight to dial tone even before I click the "green" dial button. It starts immidiately when I pressed the numbers
2. Once I dial the numbers and press the "green dial key" the tone I get is a ringing tone but the line isn't connected yet (I dial out using voip). This can be confusing to the users. Is there a way to change this behaviour? i.e. let the server to deliver the audio instead of the client's audio?
