I have a 3CX instance with multiple call queues (one for each physical location). All queues are set to reset their statistics every day at 23:59. When viewing one of the queues in the queue manager portion of the desktop app shows an impossibly large number of abandoned calls each day. The number of serviced calls appear normal and service/abandoned calls appear normal for all other sites, but abandoned calls for this one queue are way off. What could the cause of this be?

See images below for what I mean...

How is this Queue set up?

Does it route to another IVR for a periodic message and then flows back into the Queue?

It does not.

How is the Queue set up then ?
As in destination if no answer queued time and such?
We had a scenario like this too thats was caused by calls switching out of the queue to another queue.

This issue showed up with a different queue. The user showed me a video of the 3CX app and I could see the abandoned call rate climbing at a very rapid rate. While they were showing me the video, I saw one particular call in that queue that kept "glitching." It seemed to be blinking on and off with a message I could not see. I looked up the number in the call after the caller hung up and I could see a huge number of "not answered" records for that same call. The call log shows multiple "not answered" calls a second for the duration of their hold (not sure about after). This seems to be the cause of the issue, but why would this happen? Can anyone shed some light?
