Solved Queue Answered Calls by Wait Time report

all reports work normally but when i try this report its empty

Do you have any queues setup or do you have groups?

yes i setup queue and all other reports worked

because i cant really see much from the screen shot, this could be many things, you need to check you parameters on the report, if you set the

Show calls that have been serviced after X seconds

higher than the longest waiting then you will get none, i have just ran the report on my queue and got blank when i set to 60 but when set to 10 i get results
