Guys I have a quick question about queue configuration.
Few days ago I created a queue with random ring strategy. Than I have noticed that system distribute calls very slow. I had to change "skip busy agent" parameter to "Yes + ringinuse=no". And now I have few small issues. First of all if agent do not pick up call from client system holds all calls which came after till another agent will pick up it. And the second one if agent make transfer or park a call from client system keeps this agent in busy state till the end of this call.
