"Queue - Call is lost" Caller Number + Name

is it possible to display the name of the caller from the address book with the e-mail template "Queue - Call is lost"?

Looks like the email template has the wildcard in it to show CALLER ID.
Not sure if you are wanting to pull this from the "address book"?

Hi,

that's exactly the problem. The caller ID, i.e. number, is listed in the mail, but I would like to see the name from the address book.

Queue: call is lost
%% QUEUENUMBER %% The Queue Number
%% QUEUENAME %% Name of the Queue
%% CALLER %% Caller ID
