Our users are seeing roughly a 2 second audio delay when answering calls made to the queue that they are apart of. They do not experience this on direct calls to their line or extension, and it is completely repeatable, happening every time. Essentially, they will answer the call and start talking, and the individual on the other end will not hear anything said in that first 2 seconds. This has caused several instances of the individual thinking our agents never said hello.

Infrastructure Details:
- 3CX Server is installed on a host machine, dedicated to 3CX only.
- Server is running Windows 2K8 R2, Intel E31230 (3.2Ghz), 16GB RAM
- Running v11 of 3CX Server.
- Yealink T38 is the phone being used
- Broadvox is our VoIP provider

Any thoughts?

TIA

The PBX spec is certainly "plenty".

I'd try registering the extension using the soft phone or a "good" phone.

Of four Cisco SPA504G's.. mine starts ringing queued calls last.. go figure.
