Queue Intro Prompt

I have an intro that i would like played prior to ringing the agents. When i click play full intro prior to that works, however I also have hold music that seems to immediately start playing in the background of the intro prompt. Anyway to stop that aside from manually adding that prompt time to the hold music?

Then I’d love to know what the difference is or reason why we have a check mark stating play the message before sending AND the option for queue hold. Makes little to no sense if they play over each other

If, for example, you have a mandatory disclaimer that must be played completely before an agent can answer the call.

But then why would the queue hold music play concurrently. That’s my issue

Can you post how that is possible then?

The PBX should significantly reduce the volume of the hold music while the prompt is playing so it is easier to hear the intro prompt. That's just the way 3CX works. You can't change it.

Okay so i need to put the music for that intro part then the speaking part. Alright....just seems like some of these should be feature requests and would not be too difficult to apply. There are others like Free PBX or my other company that offers settings like this. But ill work around this. Thanks!!!
