Queue Issue/Question

Hello,

Is it possible to remove the queue from employees whose computer is shut down or logout by writing parameters to 3CX exeler over CLI? Because even though their computers are turned off, they appear in Queue and we have to intervene manually and have them shut down everytime.
We need to know which parameters to trigger

I would use the auto-switching feature per extension under forwarding rules.

This will auto log users in/out of queues.







If extension has explicitly been told to log out, it will not automatically log in.

this is useless. because even when I shutdown the computer, Q remains. We need to know which parameters to trigger on CLI

It's hardly useless. If they forget to log out then it will auto switch. What's useless is a member of staff not doing part of their job and logging themselves out. Assuming they get paid to be on the phone making it their responsibility to log in/out of queues.

Why do you want another answer ? when you close your webclient or switch off your computer, you dont remain available then you auto-log out from the queue. It works great and its exactly what you want, what is the problem you have with that ?

Your other answer is; the queue manager does their job and log them out. Then discipline the staff member until they learn to log themselves out.
