why if an agent that is logged into the queue does not show busy on queue manager when on a personal but show busy on receptionists view.
1. How do i make the agent to receive calls from the queue even if they are on personal calls.
2. how do make the agent to show busy on both queue manager and receptionist view even if they are on personal calls

1. Not possible, it is a requirement that the agent is idle before the queue polls them

2. Give the queue manager receptionist rights
