Queue manager on ring groups

Hi,

We are currently using Ring groups and would like to add managers to receive notifications on missed calls.
I know this is possible under Queue manager on Call queues, but we have to use ring groups.

Dont believe this is possible with RG unless you try making DNA a dummy ext that rings for the shortest time then sends an email.
