Hi Team,
I am using 3CX Enterprise Edition with GSM Gateway, and two different Queues configured as below:
But during the operation, all the Calls are being merged (registered under one single QUEUE) as shown below:
QUEUE1 (8001Fila255)
QUEUE 2 (8003Fiala313)
My Trunks only support one call a time, and you can see the QUEUE 2 is registering 2 calls... so, one is for QUEUE 1. Can someone help me with this issue?
