Quick question about reports.

Hello Guys, can you tell me please what "polls" means in queue report? As you can see i have 4 missed calls but some agents had more than 20 pools. Can you explain to me what that means?

This show how many times the agent was polled in the queue.

See the Poll, as an opitunity for an agent to pick up the call.

If you have a Ring All strategy, then a Call is offered to all Available Agents at the same time - That is why all have quite a few polls.
If you have set a short "ring rime" in the Queue - This will explain that you have many, many polls.

So both together will give you "tons" of polls
