Solved Quick question about scheduling messages to groups

Hi everyone, I have a customer that would like to mass text a group of people and would like the ability to schedule these messages to send out in the future.

Is this possible with 3CX?

The Messaging feature of 3CX i9s designed to be a P2P system, meaning that a human must trigger the sending of a message.

That is why we neither encourage mass sending via 3CX and it is designed for a one-on-one conversation, and why there aren't things like scheduled sending.

If this is what you are looking for, I sadly have to say that for this type of Messaging 3CX is not the solution you need.
You can use 3CX for everything else, but for the Mass Email you will have to search for a different service.
