Is there an efficient way to quickly redirect all departments and DIDs to the office closed announcement (and forward to voicemail) during impromptu situations, such as staff meetings or brief office closures? Ideally, this could be managed by the admin through a simple code or toggling a setting in the admin panel, without relying on scheduling, as the duration can vary.
