Hi

I have a Quintum AF200 that I have been trying to get to work with 3cx.

I have got most of it workin.

When I phone from my IP phone to any number, the system seems to be working correctly however when I dial a number with a "0" as the starting digit, I get an error message from my 3cx system saying "Address Incomplete".

[CM503015]: Call(3): Attempt to reach <sip:[email protected]> failed. Reason: Reason Unknown
[CM503003]: Call(3): Call to sip:[email protected]:5060 has failed; Cause: 484 Address Incomplete; from IP:192.168.0.6:5060

I am trying to establish if this is a setting in 3cx that I need to change or something on the quintum device?

Anyone have any ideas?

The error you are getting is from the device, not from 3CX. We are just displaying the error.

I really suggest using a supported gateway, so that you dont have to figure these things out...
