Quintum Gateway

Hi All,

Has one of you ever tryed to set a Quintum Tenor Gateway with 3CXPhone System ?
Tests made with a Quintum Tenor AS 200 (2 Analogs ports set FXO)

Could never have the GWY registrated in 3CX, but can make outgoing calls !!!
No incoming calls.

Could you find a better setting than mine or an explaination which could help?

Hi,

We recomend you use a tested device, but most standard gateways shoudl work. Are you setting the Device to register correctly against the PBX? also are you seeing any incoming calls that are being dropped in the server status page ?

I appreciate the advice to use a tested gateway. From a previous effort to get a VOIP gateway into our office we were advised to purchase a Quintum Tenor AFG200 2 port FXS gateway - and therefore would like to use this with the 3CX system.

If anyone has any experience of using this gateway could you please advise as I do not want to waste my time trying to get it working with the 3CX system if it is known to have issued.
