RDP stealing focus

I have some users who use RDP to a remote server, they are running the Chrome plugin on their local machine outside of the RDP session, the issue i have is when the phone rings the chrome plugin does not appear on top of the RDP session which i would like. Has anyone found a way around this ?

I hadn't spotted that so thanks, i have no control over the servers they are connecting so looks like i may struggle. Thanks anyway
