Hi everyone!

I'm using a FQDN provided by 3CX and I've disabled Secure SIP/TLS for a test. Now I'm not finding a way to re-enable it, since I haven't saved the certificate data that was previously on the certificate and private key fields:rolleyes:. Just checking the "Secure SIP/TLS" and hitting save won't do any thing and I couldn't tought a way to reissue the certificate and private key.

Any ideas?

Thank you,

Hi John,

Thank you! Sometimes we skip the simplest solutions. Yes, I have a recent backup, I've just restored it and everything is back to normal :)

This also saved me from manually reconfiguring a few DIDs that I've lost while doing some tests. I'm having trouble to authenticate to a Trunk Provider that insists in telling me that I'm sending the password "encrypted" (and now he says he changed the authentication to IP based, but I'm still getting unauthorized errors).

Have a nice day.
