Hi,
i installed latest 3cx, v16 SP5, 16.0.5.611 on unsupported windows only to check the mobile app (16.3.0.77), win 10 Home, this is my test laptop, mobile phone is huawei p10, android 9.
I knoww it is unsuported win os but just to be sure... Provisioning is done and everything is ok.
After that i changed dtmf mode for my extension in management console, and remove some codecs.
Than in 3cx app on android hit reprovision but there are still default settings, rfc dtmf and list of codec, i kill the app, restart the mobile phone that re-provisioned the app again but no changes.
Only when i deleted and install again the 3cx app after initial provisioning changes were there.
Can someone check this for because i am on unsupported win os
p.s. 3cx and mobile phone are on the same LAN/subnet
Thanks
