Hi all,

We have had a request from a customer to have the UK NHS number of 111 made available for them to call.

Unfortunately their extension numbering means that 111 is an existing extension (range being 1xx) which they'd rather leave and instead use 200 to save confusion or calling that extension in error.

Trying to work out the best means of setting up so that 200 diverts to 111?

Please can someone advise?

Would you create a user for 200 with a forward to 111 on?

We have one outbound rule set as below:

Still struggling to work this one out aside from maybe removing extension 111 as an active extension to be able to add 111 as an emergency number possibly? Would that be the easiest solution.

I tested creating a user forwarded to a number as opposed to an extension and using 111 but the outbound rule wouldn't direct it to the SIP trunk as expected and it would just ring extension 111.
