Re-transcribe previously transcribed calls?

We recently stood up a local transcription server and have it enabled going forward. I have to say, I really like the functionality, and it's been working like a dream!

One question: is there a way to retroactively transcribe call recordings made before the local server was installed? Previously we used OpenAI for transcription, but those transcripts don't include the speaker tags and per-segment timestamps that the local engine now produces.

If I go into the call recordings and pull up a call that has already been transcribed, the option to Transcribe is greyed out. Is there any way to add this function?

Hello @RTOadmin,

Please note that this option is only available for recordings that have not yet been transcribed and cannot be used for recordings that have already been transcribed.

Also if you are happy with this, wait till you see the new version we are working on!
I see what you mean. Unfor no. the Transcribe option only shows for those that have not been transcribed.
I would move on with new recordings and leave the old ones as is.
