reboot 3cx getting the following error

I tried to reboot my 3cx server and i'm stuck at this screen. Should I do a control + c to bypass that? please advise. or how to fix this.

getting a differnet error now. and its been like this for 1 hour +.. anyone know what I can do ? should I hit control + c to cancel this?
