Reboot of Computer Voip provider fail

In the past two days we have experienced an unknown issue where in the voip providers on a reboot of the computer had would not allow random inbound calls and block the rest. Note they showed registered on both ends 3cx and voip provider. On working with the voip provider inphonex we had to delete and then reset up the voip provider to get them to work. We have made no adjustments to the system and just started experiencing this problem.
