Hi,
I am having issues rebuilding an install of Linux v20 3CX. I have tried multiple fresh builds today but always failed at the initial setup when it asked for the SetupConfig.xml file. It wouldn't upload at first, I had to disable IPv6 via SSH for the XML file to upload successfully. Great but now I can't get past the SSL cert upload as I get 'invalid option selected'. I have tried the URL and file upload options so many times but can't get past this point. It accepts the PEM but not the private key and reports the PFX password is incorrect which I know it isn't.
I then thought okay I will try a completely fresh install with a new customer on a trial license but the same thing happens. The SSL certs are all fine. I have them deployed elsewhere and I have run checks and confirmed they are all correct. I've checked comms to 3CX activation servers which are fine.
Has anyone experienced this before, can anyone offer any help on how to investigate or resolve?
PS. I deleted the customer 3CX instance/subscription in our partner portal thinking it was causing problems and building a new instance would work better but now when I put the license key in at https://install.3cx.com/ it says license not found. Will I be able to recover it as it is a PRO 48 SC license with 10 months left
Thanks in advance.
