Hello @Jeffery Wong

It looks like a service is restarting that is causing the system extensions to de-register and then re-register. Make sure that the your machine has sufficient resources for the amount of traffic the server is handling. Is this a hosted or an on-premise installation ?

Please note that there may be a few reasons that can cause the system extensions to un-register like lack of hardware resources or time drift of the virtual clock. Even wrongly configured custom templates can cause this behaviour. Without reviewing your systems configuration and log files it is very hard to determine what could be causing this. So make sure that everything checks out and if the issue still persists i would recommend creating a ticket with our support department so they can further investigate the issue.

I have same problem on my thread.
I have Linux on Intel Nuc Intel Core i5 + 8Go recommanded but i don't think it's the problem.

Only my snom D65 on M700 were disconnected, my snom D765 or D785 work perfectly.
Disconnected randomly. example: this morning they are unregistred every 5-10 minutes up to 10h and working well since.

If your issue is only with one specific device then i would focus on that device and what might be causing that device to un-register. Is the whole base un-registering or are the handsets that un-register from the base? Do all handsets face this issue?

Yes all 12 handsets are unregistred and registred at the same time so i think it's because of the M700 but i don't know what can be the problem with it

If the configuration is correct then your best bet is to run a wireshark capture and see the communication between the PBX and the DECT base. Alternatively you could create a ticket with our support department so they can go through the logs and try to determine the cause of the issue.
