Receive calls at the office on Yealink extension only

Hi,

When someone is calling me, my yealink extension and the 3CX IOS app ring in the same time which is normal according to the current configuration. However, is it possible to configure 3CX so that it doesn't notify the 3CX app when I am at the office? Maybe based on the IP range?

Not that I'm aware of, at least not automatically. It would require the mobile to stop using the 3/4G signal, and solely depend on (switch to) the local Wifi signal, which would then have to be set up in a way to prevent the App (particular mobile phone/extension) from registering.

No way of doing it automatically,

You would have to unselect the account with 3CX application and select it when required.
