Receiving large faxes fails

I'm having a problem receiving large faxes. I can receive a 1-4 page fax, but anything larger seems to get cut off after the 5th page.

I'm using a voip provider - CallCentric.

Using CallCentric's own fax reception feature, I can receive a 9 page fax no problem.

Any thoughts?
